VVT Property Fund I Ky sold a 133-room aparthotel property in Leppävaara, Espoo to CapMan Nordic Property Income Fund (non-UCITS). The LEED Gold certified aparthotel is fully leased to Majoituspalvelu Forenom Oy.

VVT and Restamax have signed a lease agreement for more than 1,600 square meters of restaurant space at Kauppapuistikko in Vaasa city centre. Enabled by the letting, Restamax will complement Vaasa city centre restaurant supply with new restaurant concepts of which the company will inform later.
VVT Property Fund I entrered into an agreement on the 3rd March to acquire a retail property from UM Yhtiöt and Rakennusliike Koivukoski. The property is located in Lempäälä’s rapidly growing shopping area RealPark. The 5,700 square meters of lettable retail space is leased to Tokmanni and Puuilo.
The construction of the extension part to Shopping Centre Grani has started. The extension will contain an 1,800 square metre K-Supermarket as well as smaller business premises and 68 new parking spaces. The Grani extension is constructed by Fira. Expanded Grani Shopping Centre will be opened in Spring 2018.
