VVT acquires a commercial property in Vantaa

VVT has taken ownership of a commercial property in Tammisto, Vantaa. The majority of the building’s approximately 10 000 m² is leased to Tokmanni.

The Tammisto area is a very important and continuously developing district for speciality retail and grocery trade, also attracting a large number of shoppers from outside Vantaa. In addition to its location, the property also serves the needs of commercial users very well in terms of quality. Heated by geothermal and solar energy, it also meets the environmental responsibility goals of VVT.
