VVT Kiinteistösijoitus Oy

VVT Kiinteistösijoitus is a responsible real estate investment company that offers premises for rent that support its customers’ business. The company develops the properties it manages in close cooperation with its customers.

VVT has been operating since 2012 and is owned by Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, the State Pension Fund of Finland and Tradeka-Invest Ltd.

VVT makes direct and indirect real estate investments mainly in business premises located in growth centers in Finland. At the end of 2021, the total value of the properties managed by VVT was approximately 240 million euros.
