VVT Kiinteistösijoitus has published its 2025 Sustainability Report, which summarizes the key measures and results of the company’s sustainability efforts. The report addresses environmental responsibility, social responsibility, and good governance as part of VVT’s daily operations and real estate ownership.
During the year, the focus was on improving energy efficiency, utilizing renewable energy, and reducing emissions. Emissions from the real estate portfolio’s energy use showed a positive trend, the recycling rate increased, and the occupancy rate of the properties remained high. At the same time, efforts were made to ensure safe, healthy, and comfortable spaces, as well as active engagement with tenants and stakeholders. The 2025 Sustainability Report demonstrates VVT Kiinteistösijoitus’s commitment to long-term and responsible real estate investment, as well as to open and transparent reporting.
