VVT has entered into an agreement with KPO for leasing the entire Hallitar building. KPO has previously been Hallitar’s largest user, and the now concluded agreement covers a restaurant entity of more then a thousand square meters. Hallitar is part of a property complex by the Vaasa Market Place that VVT acquired in 2016 from Halli Oy. The complex includes for example the old Vaasa Kauppahalli which has operated since 1902.
