VVT has purchased a hypermarket property located in Itäkeskus, Helsinki, in a deal signed on 10 March 2020. In addition to HOK-Elanto’s Prisma, the fully leased property also houses e.g. Alko and XXL Sports & Outdoor. The property, completed in 2008, is located in a prominent location at the intersection of Ring Road I and Itäväylä, which is also an important public transport hub. The leasable area in the property is about 20,000 m².
