VVT Property Fund II Ky buys a modern logistics center from SRV to be built in Lieto near Turku Ring Road. The building with a total area of approximately 14,000 square meters has been fully leased to Warasto Finland Oy, which specializes in logistics services.
A temperature-controlled space for food logistics will also be implemented in the building. Environmental responsibility has been taken into account, e.g. by choosing ground heat as the building’s heating solution, making a reservation for a solar electricity system and applying for a Very Good-level BREEAM environmental certificate for the site. Construction will start in November 2021 and the site will be completed in February 2023.
