On 15 October 2018, VVT Property Fund I Ky has bought Martinlaakson Ostari shopping center from a fund managed by Cerberus Capital Management.
Martinlaakson Ostari is a local center completed in 2011, next to the Martinlaakso train and bus station. The property is LEED Gold environmental certified. The center’s offering is focused on daily transactions and its tenants include e.g. S-Market, K-Supermarket and Fitness24Seven.
