During VVT’s ownership the centre was developed to serve the expanding clientele of the nearby area. In 2018, the centre was expanded, and K-Supermarket was added alongside S-Market to strengthen its grocery offering. The centre’s service offering was also developed, for example, with restaurant and gym services. In 2022, the property was awarded the Breeam Very Good certificate, indicating the centre is up-to-date also in terms of environmental responsibility. At the time of the sale, almost all the premises of the approx. 7,500 m² centre were leased.
