VVT Property Fund I Ky has on 28 June 2018 sold a hotel property located next to Hakaniemi Market Square to Special Investment Fund eQ Finnish Real Estate. The property is mainly occupied by Scandic Hakaniemi.

VVT Property Fund I Ky bought an office property in Tampere city centre at Hatanpään valtatie 11 from Real Estate Fund Finland III Ky, a fund managed by OP Real Estate Asset Management Ltd. The property is a LEED Gold certified, 12 550 square meter office property built in 2013.

VVT Property Fund I Ky sold a 133-room aparthotel property in Leppävaara, Espoo to CapMan Nordic Property Income Fund (non-UCITS). The LEED Gold certified aparthotel is fully leased to Majoituspalvelu Forenom Oy.
